 | When someone sends you a fax or voice message to your MessageOne account, OneSuite.com converts it to a ".wav" or ".tif" file, then forwards it as an attachment to the e-mail address of your choice. Simply open the file to see or hear it. |

 | Your voice mail and faxes are forwarded to the e-mail address you chose when you set up your account. Simply check your e-mail to see what messages have come in. |
 | Can my voice mail and faxes be forwarded to another e-mail account automatically? |
 | Yes. You can change the forwarding address at any time from the 'My Info' page. |
 | How is my voice mail saved? Do I need special software to save them or hear them? |
 | Your voice mail is saved as a sound file of the Windows ".wav" file format. You do not need any special software to hear it. However, your computer does need a sound card and a speaker or headphones to allow you to play it back. Most newer computers have these features built in, so you should not need any additional hardware. |
 | Does MessageOne work on any operating system, like PC, Linux, or Macintosh? |
 | Your Operating System should be able to play ".wav" files and display ".tif" files. These features are included in Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and XP. Windows includes the program Imaging, this is located under [Start]->Programs->Accessories. Check your system to see if you have the requisite software. |

 | Like other faxes, a photo is forwarded to your e-mail account as an attachment and appears in the ".tif" file format. |
 | How can I be sure of the privacy of my faxes and voice mail? |

 | How many faxes and how much voice mail can I receive at a time? |
 | There is no minimum to the quantity of faxes or voice mail you can receive. However, your e-mail account may have a maximum file size and a maximum storage capacity for incoming mail. These maximums, which vary from provider to provider, determine how many messages you can receive and how many you can store in your in-box. |
 | What is the largest fax or longest voice mail I can receive? |
 | OneSuite.com can handle faxes and voice mail of up to 350 KB each, about enough memory for 10 pages of text or 1 minutes of voice messaging. Your e-mail account provider may have a smaller maximum file-size, in which case that size determines the largest fax or voice mail you can receive. |
