 | How do I set up my dialer? What is Quick Dial Mode? |
 | Before you make your initial call, you need to set up your OneSuite Mobile Dialer by following these steps:
- Make sure your iPhone app is properly installed and your OneSuite account is active and has sufficient balance to make calls.
- Launch your OneSuite Mobile Dialer.
- Set up your OneSuite Mobile Dialer by tapping on the "Settings" icon at the lower right hand corner of the app.
- Slide Quick Dial Mode to ON. Quick Dial Mode allows you to dial a contact without pressing the call button. In your OneSuite Mobile Dialer, tap on Contact, once a contact is selected, OneSuite Mobile Dialer will automatically dial the number. Setting the Quick Dial Mode to OFF will require you to press the call button after a contact is selected in order to start dialing.
- Enter your access number. By default, the OneSuite Mobile Dialer will pre-select a OneSuite U.S. Local Access Number. If you wish to change this to a toll-free number or an international access number (respective rates will apply), just tap on the number and enter your preferred access number. Press "Settings" at the top of the app to return to the previous menu.
- Next, enter your Account Number or PIN. Type the complete 14-digit PIN, no periods, spaces or dashes between numbers. Note: If your mobile number is already registered as ZipDial under your OneSuite Account, you must leave the PIN blank.
- To make your first call, simply dial the destination number from the app's dialpad and the call will go through. For U.S. & Canada calls, dial 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number. For international calls (outside the U.S. & Canada) dial 011 + country code + area code + telephone number. If RapiDial is already set up on your account online, then simply dial the RapiDial number.
The OneSuite Mobile Dialer is also integrated with your iPhone's phonebook and you may choose the contact you wish to call from the phonebook directly from the OneSuite Mobile Dialer.
For succeeding calls, follow the same dialing procedure above. If you need to change the access number or PIN, be sure to follow all the steps above prior to making another call.
Reminder: The OneSuite Mobile Dialer App will, by default, use your airtime minutes to dial the OneSuite Access Number defined on your smartphone's app. Be sure to check with your mobile phone provider about airtime rates and other surcharges when calling OneSuite Access Numbers. |

 | The OneSuite Mobile Dialer integrates with your existing phonebook so you can enjoy ease of navigation and use. To use the dialer in calling your existing contacts, follow these simple steps:
- Before making any calls using the integrated phonebook in OneSuite Mobile Dialer, please make sure that the phone numbers registered in your existing phone book are in the following format:
- For U.S. & Canada contacts, the phone number should be entered and saved as 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number
- For international contacts (outside the U.S. & Canada), the phone number should be typed and saved as 011 + country code + area code + telephone number
- From the OneSuite Mobile Dialer's integrated phonebook, locate the contact you wish to call. Search the contact as you would using your iPhone's Contacts.
- When using OneSuite Mobile dialer, if Quick Dial Mode is ON, tapping on a contact will automatically trigger dialing that number. If Quick Dial Mode is OFF, you must press "CALL" after choosing the contact for OneSuite Mobile Dialer to start dialing the number.
- To end a call, simply tap "end".

 | On the iPhone, tap and hold the app icon for longer than 3 seconds. An "x" should appear next to all the apps on the screen and the icons should "jiggle", then tap on the "x" to delete the application.
You may also delete an app using iTunes. Simply go to the apps tab of your iTunes, un-check the OneSuite Mobile Dialer, then sync your iPhone with iTunes. |

 | What is the OneSuite Mobile Dialer Integration function and how do I use it? |
 | You can integrate your OneSuite Mobile Dialer with your phone, and set up instructions to let your Android device know when to use OneSuite's Mobile Dialer, and when to use your regular dialer. This is handy if you want to skip the step of opening up the app whenever you want to make international calls. - Go to Settings > OneSuite Mobile Dialer Integration > When Making Calls
- You can set your dialer integration preferences under "When Making Calls." Just select the option most suitable for your calling needs. If you would like to use the OneSuite Mobile Dialer only for certain numbers, select "Use my instructions below for each call."
- Then, go to "My Instructions," and enter the beginning numbers of the phone number you would like to use OneSuite for. In most cases, just enter 011, and when you are saving international numbers to your phone's address book, remember to save it as "011 + country code + area code + phone number."
- Finally, under "My Preferred Dialer," select "OneSuite Mobile Dialer."

 | To remove the OneSuite Mobile Dialer from your Android phone, follow these steps:- On your Android device, select My Apps from the Market home screen. (On some devices, press Menu and then select My Apps, on others, go to Settings and select Applications.)

- On the application home screen, select the "Uninstall" button.
You will be able to return to My Apps at any time to reinstall a purchased application that you've previously removed.

 | There could be be a few reasons for error messages:
- Your phone's browser is not using the default browser.
- For the iPhone, you are not running iOS 3.1.3 or higher on your iPhone.
- For the BlackBerry, your phone model is not included in the list of supported models on the app's download page.
- The phone OS version is not included in the list of supported OS versions.

 | What happens if I downgrade my mobile phone OS? |
 | If you are already using supported OS versions and above and decided to downgrade beyond these OS then your OneSuite Mobile Dialer may no longer function. |

 | I started downloading OneSuite Mobile Dialer to my mobile phone and encountered a message saying "insufficient memory" or "file too large." What should I do? |
 | Certain mobile phone models have file size download limitations. In such cases, you may not be able to download more apps until you have cleared some of your mobile phone memory. |

 | I have downloaded and installed Onesite Mobile Dialer but cannot use it. Why? |
 | There may be a few reasons:
Regarding your phone and service, please make sure: - Your mobile phone is NOT in flight mode.
- Your mobile phone service is enabled and you currently have signal.
- Your outgoing service is connected and you did not activate call redirect.
Regarding your OneSuite account and installation, please check:
- If you have entered your access number and/or OneSuite PIN.
- If your OneSuite account has enough balance to make a call.
- If your installation is complete. Here's how to check on your respective smartphone:
- iPhone - see whether the application is still downloading or installing. A bar usually shows the progress of the installation. You should be able to see a clear image of the OneSuite Mobile Dialer icon once the installation process is completed.
- Android - different phone models may have different approaches to issues related to unsuccessful installation. Please visit the Android Market Technical Help to find a solution specific to your phone model.
- BlackBerry - an icon will automatically be created.
- Your unsuccessful installation may be related to an SD card issue. As and example, if you encounter the below error:
"Installation unsuccessful - Unknown error 18"
If so:
- Connect your phone to your laptop/PC with an USB cable.
- On you computer, find your phone's folder.
- Go to folder ".android_secure" and delete file "smdl2tmp1.asec".
- Safely remove your phone. Installation should now be successful
If installation is incomplete, you may restart your device by turning the power off and on, then repeat the steps to download and install. |

 | I have downloaded and installed OneSuite Mobile Dialer. Can I use it immediately or do I have to restart my mobile phone? |

 | Yes, OneSuite Mobile Dialer integrates with your phonebook. When you are using the OneSuite Mobile Dialer mode, you can use your usual contacts list and place a call from your contact list. OneSuite Mobile Dialer will automatically make a call for you. Disclaimer: When using an iPhone or BlackBerry, make sure you have launched OneSuite Mobile Dialer and use the integrated phonebook from inside the app. Otherwise, your call will be made through your regular mobile phone provider.
