OneSuite OSFX Driver step-by-step download instructions:

STEP ONE
After you click on the “Download” button, a download window will pop up, prompting you to either run the program or save the program. We recommend that you ‘run’ the program directly; however, if you prefer to save the executable program, please save it in a place where you may run the program later.

STEP TWO
A window prompting Installation will pop up. Click on ‘Next’ to continue.

STEP THREE
Click ‘I accept the license agreement’ and click ‘Next.’

STEP FOUR
Enter your OneSuite User ID and click ‘Install’.

STEP FIVE
Installation begins. Please wait for the installation to complete.

STEP SIX
Installation is complete. Click ‘Finish’.

STEP SEVEN
OSFX is launched along with the ‘User Settings’ box.

STEP EIGHT
New users should be prompted to enter their Password (Follow the link to retrieve your password in My OneSuite Fax). The Username is automatically entered in the User Name section.

For those who had previously downloaded the OSFX Driver and wish to register the program to another user, please click on File on the OSFX Menu Bar, delete the currently recognized user and register the new user’s username and password.
