Prepaid long distance: International phone cards for long distance calling

Sure, we're proud of how we've leveraged the Internet to make running a long-distance company more affordable and passed those savings on to our customers. But some things are just better the old-fashioned way, and customer service is one of them. On the road or away from home, you can still recharge your account by calling customer service. It's that simple, and no other online carrier offers it.

We never really understood why a customer should get charged just for the privilege of maintaining a relationship with us. Quite frankly, we feel privileged that so many people are happy with us and using our service. We cover our costs just fine without having to charge any fees, so we're not sure why our competitors have to. Maybe we're just better at what we do than the competition.

This default setting for your service requires you to enter your secure personal identification number (PIN) whenever you make a call. Your primary PIN will be the phone number you use to establish service with us plus four additional digits our computer will randomly generate, and will not change as long as you maintain your account. You can also create up to three additional PINs if you wish. These additional PINs can be changed at any time.

To place a call with PinDial, simply dial our toll-free or local access number and, when prompted, enter your PIN. You can then dial the party you wish to call.

PinDial affords you the freedom to use our service securely all over the country from any touch-tone phone.

It's a hassle to have to enter your PIN every time you want to place a long-distance call. But with ZipDial, you don't have to. This feature allows you to save the step of entering your PIN when using the phones you make long distance calls from most. Just take a moment to register up to three ZipDial numbers quickly and easily online. They could be your home phone, your business phone, your cell phone--any phone you make long-distance calls from. Then the next time you use OneSuite from one of these registered phones, our system will automatically recognize your account and let you place your call without prompting you to enter your PIN. ZipDial works whether you use our local or toll-free access numbers.

For ZipDial users who have set up caller-ID block on their phones, please deactivate this feature before accessing OneSuite network. Deactivate caller-ID block by dialing *82 before dialing the local access number.

Note: Some cellular phones may not work with ZipDial and certain cellular phones request dialing different keys to deactivate caller-ID block. Please consult with your cellular phone carrier. Dialing *82 will only temporarily disable the caller-ID block of that particular call. Caller-ID block continues with subsequent phone calls if *82 is not entered.

Store up to 50 telephone numbers online in a customizable, printable phone book that lets you assign each number a name and a two-digit code between 10 and 60. The next time you dial into our system and want to place a call to one of those numbers, just dial the two digits, when our system prompts you to 'enter the phone number you wish to reach', and you will be connected. Works great for an international call's longer number string and for placing calls from cell phones. Along with ZipDial and QuikConnect, it makes calling through OneSuite faster than ever! If you are connected to our system and wish to call back the person you just dialed, simply press 99# and our system will redial the number for you. This feature is great if you hang up with someone just as you remember that thing you forgot to say--which is, of course, always the reason you called in the first place!

OneSuite lets you create up to three additional IntrAccounts, or sub-accounts, with their own PINs. These IntrAccount PINs can be changed at any time, and can be used to place ZipDial (see above) or PinDial calls. To place a call with PinDial, simply dial our access number and, when prompted, enter your PIN and the number you wish to reach. While using ZipDial is faster, PinDial affords you the freedom to use our service securely all over the country from any touch-tone phone.

With real-time online account administration, your easy-to-read call history and account balance are updated instantaneously, so they're always up-to-the-minute and just a mouse-click away. You can view your call history for your whole account, or you can view activity on each IntrAccount individually. And you can print out your account information through our printer-friendly feature.

While differences between phone companies' local and local long-distance policies prevent us from being able to tell you with certainty whether a call to one of our local access numbers is a local one for you or not, we can tell you the distance you are from one of our local numbers, which is information you can bring to your phone carrier (just give them a call) and find out if that local-access number is a free call for you.

We like to give you the option of hearing your credit-balance and minutes-remaining announcements whenever you place your call. But to save you time when dialing, we've enabled you to cancel either one or both of those announcements so you can connect your calls more quickly.

There are other online long distance providers, but none as complete or as easy to use as OneSuite. In addition to conveniences such as ZipDial, PinDial, RapiDial, QuikConnect, and our powerful online account management tools, OneSuite is the only online provider to offer sub-accounts, through our IntrAccounts.
