OneSuite SoftPhone download step-by-step instruction:

STEP ONE:
After you click on the “Download” button, a download window will pop up prompting you to either run the program or save the program. We recommend that you ‘run’ the program directly; however, if you prefer to save the executable program, please save it in a place where you may run the program later.

STEP TWO:
A window prompting Installation will pop up. Click on ‘Next’ to continue.

STEP THREE:
Click ‘I accept the license agreement’ and click ‘Next.’

STEP FOUR:
Installation begins. Please wait for the installation to complete.

STEP FIVE:
Installation is complete. Click on “Finish.”

STEP SIX:
You may click ‘Cancel’ to skip this process. Going through all seven steps of Audio Wizard may improve the Audio quality.

STEP SEVEN:
Enter in your UserName in the Account section and Password (follow the link to retrieve your password in the Download Center) New users should be automatically prompted to enter User Name and Password.

For those who had previously downloaded the SoftPhone, please right click on the OneSuite Logo, then go to ‘Re-Initialize Selected Service.”

STEP EIGHT:
You should see the SoftPhone window saying “OneSuite, Ready to call.”
